Your Neighbors Behind the Counter

I grew up the fat kid. Joining the U.S. Army changed my life. That demand led me to become a personal trainer 16 years ago, and eventually, to open Xtreme Performance Nutrition right here in Ascension Parish. We don’t guess. We ask the right questions, use the Fit3D scan, and look at your personal data to build a program specific to you. No hype. Just results.

Where You’ll See Us This Fall

We Back All Our Schools

East Ascension Spartans. St. Amant Gators. Dutchtown Griffins. Prairieville Hurricanes. Four programs, one parish — we support all of them equally, and on Friday nights we’re in the stands like everybody else. Geaux Tigers on Saturdays, and Who Dat on Sundays — that’s Ascension Parish, and that’s us.

One Family, Two Front Doors

Our sister gym, Regymen Fitness Ascension, is where our nutrition plans get put to work — coached strength workouts with Emily and the team, and Fit3D scans that prove what’s changing. Store and gym, one family, one parish.
