Thirty-two seconds. That’s my whole story — the fat kid, the Army, sixteen years of coaching, and the store we built from nothing. Watch it, then come see us.
Get My Free Scan + PlanShop NowI’m Laie Wong. I grew up the overweight kid — the one who got picked last and hated how he felt. Joining the U.S. Army changed my life. For the first time, I had discipline, structure, and people asking me what my ‘secret’ was for getting in shape. There was no secret. It was food, training, and consistency.
I became a personal trainer and spent 16 years coaching people one-on-one before opening Xtreme Performance Nutrition here in Ascension Parish. Emily and I both come from families with nothing — everything we have, we built from the ground up.
That’s why this store runs the way it does. We don’t guess. We scan with Fit3D, we look at your real numbers, and we build your plan from your data — not from hype. No hype. Just results.
Every plan starts with a free Fit3D body scan. Your numbers drive your program — not a guess, not a template.
Coach L builds your nutrition and supplement plan around your body, your goals, and your life.
Locally owned in Gonzales for 16 years. You’ll see the same faces every visit — and we know yours.
That’s me. Same man — that difference in look can happen in as little as 30 days of dialing in: the training, the food, the measurements, no guessing. It’s exactly what the 30-Day Reset is built to do, and it’s the same plan I’ll build for you.
A supplement store can hand you a tub. It can’t coach your workouts, watch your form, or celebrate your 100th session. That’s why we also own Regymen Fitness Ascension — our coach-led gym right here in Gonzales, where my wife Emily is head coach.
Training happens there. Fuel and measurement happen here. The 30-Day Reset runs through both doors: workouts at Regymen, your Fit3D scans and personalized nutrition program from Coach L at Xtreme. One family, one plan, all of it measured.

You know the feeling at a regular gym: you show up not knowing what to do, you wander around unmotivated, nobody knows your name — and you leave the same as you came in. And a regular supplement store? They sell you a tub and wave goodbye.
We’re different because the store and the gym are one family. Shop at Xtreme and you’re connected to Regymen — real coaches, real functional training, Fit3D scans that measure what’s actually changing, and a community that shows up for each other.
You don’t even have to change your old gym membership. Keep it — and add Regymen two days a week. You still get access to me, and to coaches who make sure every workout counts. Come take advantage of our free offer and check out Regymen first.
